You are not broken. You are depleted. And there is a difference.
Smart, driven people do not lack discipline or willpower. They are running systems that were never designed to sustain the load they are carrying. This course is where that changes — with understanding, not effort.
How each session works
Does this sound familiar?
It is not a productivity problem. It is not laziness or lack of discipline.
Your nervous system is stuck in alert — and it does not know how to come home.
This course gives you the map.
The format
Each session builds on the last. You do not need to come prepared — just willing to look honestly at what is happening.
A short framing video to introduce the session's theme. Something to let settle in the background before we meet — not homework, just orientation.
A PDF with a few key ideas and perhaps a question to sit with. Concise and purposeful — enough to prime your thinking, not overwhelm it.
Mostly exercises — individual, paired, or in a small group. You are not a passive listener. You arrive, you work, you take something real home.
The course · Four sessions
We start in the body and end in the world — building outward from the inside, layer by layer.
Session 1 · The body
We start where depletion actually lives — in the nervous system. You will understand your own physiology: what happens when the body stays in alert mode, what it needs to feel safe, and how it begins its natural replenishing routines. This is not information to memorise — it is a map of something you have been living in.
Session 2 · The voices
Alert mode is not only physical — it is sustained by what we tell ourselves and what we absorb from the people closest to us. We look at the inner drivers and inner critics that keep us running: beliefs, expectations, inherited patterns, and the quiet demands of our close circle. Using Transactional Analysis, we start to name what is keeping the system on high alert.
Session 3 · The deeper layer
Some exhaustion does not come from overwork — it comes from misalignment. From doing things that no longer fit who you are, or never did. This session works at the existential layer: depletion, identity, the relationship between your work and your sense of meaning. Because when what you are doing has stopped feeding you, no amount of sleep will be enough.
Session 4 · The bigger picture
You are not tired in a vacuum. We live inside systems — cultural, professional, relational — that reward depletion and pathologise stillness. In this final session we name those forces honestly, understand how they work on us, and build a personal restoration practice that can hold its ground in the real world. You leave with something you can actually use — and keep using.
This course is for you if…
This is not…
"The goal is not to rest more — it is to understand what is keeping you from it."
