Life Coaching
Life coaching for self-knowledge, self-acceptance, and self-definition — building a life where you actually feel at ease being you.
For anyone going through a key moment, running on empty, or questioning how to move forward. We work with your cognitive and nervous systems exactly as they are today. You'll learn to read emotions as informational energy — a practical, objective tool for introspection and self-definition. It's a framework built with cognitive diversity in mind, so nobody has to force-fit: the same strategies work whether your mind is neurotypical or neurodivergent.

When was the last time you felt you could be yourself — not the managed, performing version?
Life coaching here starts from a simple premise: you are not a problem to solve. Whatever brought you — a relationship that's not working, exhaustion you can't explain, a sense that you're living someone else's script — the work is to understand what's true about you, and build from there.
How we work
This looks like working with how your brain processes and your body feels, not against it — understanding your own wiring as part of self-discovery, not something to mask or manage away.
Call it self-leadership: before leading a team, a company, a life, we need to understand ourselves — and chart a path forward.
This draws on the same somatic awareness, positive psychology, and systemic approach used across all my coaching work. Keep in mind that the way you perceive and understand yourself impacts everything else.

Who this is for
Common starting points
Moving countries. Rebuilding after divorce. Learning to parent differently than you were parented.
Change asks a lot of a family — and often, everyone is adjusting at once, in different directions. We work with what's shifting: your role, your routines, your sense of home. Together we find steady ground, so you can lead your family through change instead of just surviving it.
One-to-one coaching for parents navigating relocation, separation, or major family transitions.
You are not looking for someone to fix your child. You are looking for a steadier way to show up for them.
When a child struggles to learn, or thinks differently than the world expects, the whole family adapts. I coach the parent — not the child — so you can meet your child's needs from a place of clarity instead of exhaustion. We work with what's really going on: the guilt, the advocacy fatigue, the fear underneath the frustration.
Coaching for parents of neurodivergent children or children with learning differences.
Caring for the people who raised you, while raising — or helping raise — the next generation.
This is the work no one prepares you for: showing up for your parents as they age, while still showing up for your kids or grandkids. It asks you to hold grief and love at once, often with no one asking how you're doing. We build the inner steadiness to carry both roles without losing yourself in either.
Rooted in Isabel's TEDx talk, "Defining Balance for the Sandwich Generation."
What clients say
"That is very nice, extremely helpful in such a short time. How did you learn to do that — is this a method?"
